About the role:
We’re looking for a strong visual designer to join our Product team and help make the visual communication across our product clearer, more consistent, and more engaging. This role placed between Product and Marketing. Around half of the work will focus on the product itself and its user flows, while the other half will involve bringing marketing ideas and campaigns into our website and app. The role is part of the Product team, so we’re looking for someone who wants to understand the product, the user journey, and the context in which each visual appears. The main goal isn’t simply to make existing materials look good. We need someone who can find visual ways to explain complex ideas, develop concepts, create strong visual metaphors, and turn them into high-quality graphics that work in real user experiences. You’ll be part of the Product team. Your time will be split roughly 50/50 between the Product and Marketing teams. You’ll regularly join design syncs with both teams, share context, and help maintain visual consistency across different user touchpoints. This is primarily a hands-on design role for someone who can create excellent visual work independently while also raising the product’s overall quality.
What you'll be doing:
- Create 2D/3D graphics, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements for the interface.
- Use visuals to explain complex product features, mechanics, and user flows.
- Develop clear visual metaphors instead of simply styling finished copy or predefined concepts.
- Design product promotions and smaller but important interface elements, such as badges, referral and invite mechanics, cards, banners, and illustrated components.
- Work on product entry points connected to external communication, including landing pages, modals, bottom sheets, promo screens, and other formats.
- Create lightweight motion and interactive visuals for product and marketing surfaces.
- Work alongside product designers to raise the overall visual quality of the interface, with close attention to composition, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and detail.
- Help define practical visual standards for promotional and graphic materials so that new work stays consistent and can scale.
- Adapt marketing campaigns and creative concepts for the website and app.
- Help make the product, marketing materials, and photography feel like parts of the same visual world.
- Join early creative discussions and help turn campaign ideas into complete user journeys.
- Understand where assets will be used, how users will encounter them, and where they will go next.
- Use AI tools throughout the creative process—from visual exploration and prompt development to producing polished, high-quality assets.
- Help develop AI-assisted workflows and guidelines that allow the team to generate visuals efficiently while maintaining a consistent style and quality bar.
- Review materials before they’re published and help both teams maintain consistent quality.
- Work closely with the Marketing team and Product Marketing Manager on launches and product communication.
What you'll need:
- A strong foundation in 2D/3D graphics and illustration.
- A great eye for composition, visual hierarchy, grids, spacing, and typography.
- Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with AI image-generation tools, including prompt development, iteration, art direction, and maintaining visual consistency across a series of generated assets.
- The ability to find visual metaphors and propose solutions when the starting point is a problem or an idea, not a ready-made visual.
- An understanding of digital products and the ability to consider user flows, context, and interface constraints.
- Experience with landing pages, web formats, and graphics for digital products.
- The ability to develop a creative concept, not just execute a detailed brief.
- An understanding of how external communication, product entry points, and the in-product experience connect.
- Strong attention to detail and the confidence to explain your decisions and stand up for quality.
- The ability to take a project from the initial idea and early sketches through to final execution and asset delivery.
- Experience at a design studio or agency, especially working across different formats and creative concepts.
- Experience in a product team and an understanding of how digital products are built.
- Experience creating or developing visual systems and guidelines.
- A good understanding of motion design principles and experience creating or preparing animations for digital products.
- Experience with Rive, Lottie or similar tools for creating interactive, production-ready motion assets.
- Experience building reusable AI workflows, prompt libraries, or visual guidelines for generated content.
Benefits:
A fully remote setup - work from anywhere in the world. An international team that values creativity and initiative. The opportunity to contribute to a global product used by millions of people worldwide. Real influence on how the product is positioned and communicated, with the freedom to launch bold ideas. Growth opportunities - we support experiments and continuous learning. An open communication culture without bureaucracy.
